Shipping Costs

FREE for everyone!

All of our products are listed with shipping inclusive, which means we don't expect you to pay penny for shipping - and we aim to keep it that way! Customers shouldn't need to be concerned about us dishing out extra costs once you hit the checkout, that's not our style.

Shipping Times

Up to 12 BUSINESS DAYS. If you think your item is late for delivery, please calculate your expected delivery date before getting in touch. We appreciate your patience. 

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business (learn more here), please expect 2-7 business days for us to produce your item and then 2-5 days for delivery. That's a total of between four and twelve business days. Shipping outside of the UK may take longer. 

If you're concerned about how long  your order is taking to arrive, please refrain from contacting us before the estimated shipping time has elapsed. Otherwise, please send us an email to sales@jimjamszoo.com and we will sort the problem for you.

Returns

Unfortunately, because each order is printed and/or embroidered on-demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges at this time. We produce all of our items to order and currently don't have a warehouse with stock to be able to swap sizes or process returns for customers. Our next business goal is to change this, but in the meanwhile, please double check our size guides before ordering an item to avoid disappointment. 
HOWEVER, If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and request you contact sales@jimjamszoo.com with a photo of the defective product(s) and your order number. We will sort it out the issue for you as swiftly as possible with either a full refund or by sending out a replacement.
